Breast fat grafting, also known as autologous fat transfer to the breast, may be considered by patients who prefer a modest increase in breast volume or contour using their own body fat instead of implants. It may also be suitable for patients with mild asymmetry, volume loss, or contour concerns, provided there is enough donor fat available from areas such as the abdomen, thighs, or flanks. Suitability depends on factors such as your medical history, donor fat availability, breast condition, health status, and expectations. Dr Gavin Kang will perform a final assessment during the consultation.
